Returns & Refunds
All our products are made to order, especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, or personal preference.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

Clear photos of the issue
Once approved, we will provide a free replacement or a refund at no additional cost to you.
Wrong Size or Color
Please check the size chart and product details carefully before ordering. We do not offer returns or exchanges for incorrect size or color selection.
Lost or Undelivered Orders
If an order is lost in transit or returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we are unable to offer a refund. We can reship the order at your expense if the item is returned to us.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
